Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Storekriti's platform at storekriti.com and app.storekriti.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Storekriti is a multi-tenant ecommerce platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and operate online stores. Our services include:

• Store creation and management tools
• Theme and design customization
• Payment processing integration (via Razorpay)
• Order and inventory management
• Analytics and reporting
• Multi-tenant administration

Account Registration

To use Storekriti, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is up to date

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Storekriti to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Resell or redistribute the platform without authorization

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST).

• Free trial is available for 7 days with no credit card required
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy

Intellectual Property

The Storekriti platform, including all code, design, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Storekriti. You retain ownership of all content you upload to your store (products, images, descriptions).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform during your active subscription period.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Storekriti is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure tenant data isolation. You are responsible for the data you collect from your customers through your store.

Uptime and Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, updates, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storekriti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• Your store will be taken offline
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
• No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period (unless covered by our Refund Policy)

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
