Storekriti is a SaaS ecommerce platform — we provide the technology for businesses to create and run online stores. Storekriti itself does not sell physical products or handle shipping directly.
This Shipping Policy provides general information about how shipping works for stores built on Storekriti.
For Store Owners (Merchants)
As a merchant using Storekriti, you are responsible for shipping your own products. Our platform provides tools to help you manage shipping efficiently:
Integrated Shipping Partners
Storekriti integrates with leading Indian logistics providers:
- Shiprocket — Multi-courier aggregator with 20+ courier partners
- Delhivery — Pan-India logistics with COD support
- Additional partners can be connected via API
Shipping Features
- Automatic shipping rate calculation at checkout
- Real-time tracking with automatic status updates
- Order status notifications to customers (email/WhatsApp)
- COD (Cash on Delivery) support
- Shipping label generation
- Return/RTO management
Setting Up Shipping
To configure shipping for your store:
- Go to Settings → Shipping in your dashboard
- Connect your preferred shipping partner(s)
- Define shipping zones and rates
- Set free shipping thresholds (optional)
- Configure COD availability per zone
For Customers (Shoppers)
If you purchased a product from a store built on Storekriti and have a shipping-related query:
- Please contact the store directly — each store has its own shipping policies
- Track your order using the tracking link sent to your email or WhatsApp
- Shipping timelines, costs, and return policies are set by individual store owners
Platform Subscription (Digital Product)
Storekriti's subscription plans are digital services delivered instantly upon purchase. There is no physical shipping involved for platform subscriptions. You gain access to the platform immediately after successful payment.
