At Storekriti, we want you to be completely satisfied with our platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans.

Free Trial

Storekriti offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial period:

  • You have full access to all platform features
  • No payment is collected during the trial
  • Your account will be downgraded automatically if you don't upgrade before the trial ends
  • No refund is applicable as no payment is made

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Plans

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Within 7 days of payment: Full refund available upon request
  • After 7 days: No refund. You may cancel to prevent future charges
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Annual Plans

For annual subscription plans:

  • Within 14 days of payment: Full refund available upon request
  • After 14 days: Pro-rata refund for unused months (minimum 1 month deducted)
  • Pro-rata refunds are calculated based on the monthly equivalent rate, not the discounted annual rate

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees or migration assistance charges
  • Custom development or design work
  • Third-party service charges (domain registration, SMS credits)
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@storekriti.com with your account email and reason for refund
  • Include your order/transaction ID
  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.
